Adv. Rukhsar M. Shaikh is a practicing advocate with a professional focus on corporate and commercial legal matters. She completed her LL.B. from L.A. Shah Law College, Ahmedabad, and has been associated with Les Conseilles for the past year.

Mr. Pankaj Khuman is a recent law graduate who pursued his education in Surat. He joined Les Conseilles as an intern and has been working with the firm for the past year. He is actively involved in legal drafting, contract review, legal research, and advisory work across commercial and corporate matters.

His work primarily includes drafting and vetting commercial agreements and contracts, legal notices, and other legal correspondence. He also reviews contractual terms, identifies legal and contractual risks, and assists with dispute-related matters.

Ms. Ritika N. Jogadiya is a practicing litigation advocate with over five years of experience, primarily in criminal law. She has extensive experience handling civil, criminal, family and matrimonial disputes, Negotiable Instruments Act matters, commercial litigation, and intellectual property-related matters.

At Les Conseilles, she leads the team and manages matters before courts in Surat and nearby districts. Her hands-on experience in court litigation and criminal matters brings an experienced perspective to the rigorous evaluation of ongoing litigation matters.
